CAUTION: Keep this and all medication out of reach of children. This product should not be used if abdominal pain, fever, nausea or vomiting is present, or if you have a sudden
change in bowel habits persisting for 2 weeks. If constipation persists for more than seven days, or rectal bleeding occurs, consult your doctor. Metamucil may cause an allergic
reaction in people sensitive to inhaled or ingested psyllium. AVOID INHALATION. Do not take a laxative within 2 hours of taking any other medicine.
Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take Metamucil if you have
difficulty in swallowing. If you have chest pain, vomiting or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking the product, seek immediate medical attention.
